Hardwood is the timeless classic that works in nearly any room of your home. Living rooms, bedrooms, or hallways; hardwood brings warmth and elegance wherever you put it. It's typically made from trees like oak, maple, pine and cherry. Because it's solid wood throughout, it can be sanded and refinished multiple times over its lifetime, making it a genuine long-term investment. It handles daily wear and tear beautifully and can improve with age, developing character and patina over time. The natural wood grain and color variations give each floor its own unique personality.
So, if you're looking for something that feels authentic and adds real value to your home, hardwood is the way to go.

Engineered wood gives you the look and feel of real hardwood without some of the limitations. It's constructed with a real hardwood veneer on top of a plywood or high-density fiberboard base, which makes it more stable and resistant to moisture and temperature fluctuations than solid hardwood. This is your best choice for basements, kitchens, and bathrooms where humidity and temperature swings are concerns. The cross-grain construction of the base layer prevents the wood from expanding and contracting as much, so it won't cup or warp.
It's the smart choice when you want hardwood's warmth but need practical durability.

Vinyl is the workhorse of flooring—anywhere life gets messy, vinyl thrives. Modern vinyl comes in two main forms: sheet vinyl, which is installed as one continuous piece, and luxury vinyl plank (LVP), which mimics the look of hardwood or tile. Vinyl is waterproof at its core, making it completely impervious to spills and moisture. It's also softer underfoot than hard surfaces. In fact, vinyl reduces impact sound by up to 10 decibels compared to tile or stone.
If you need flooring that's tough, practical, and forgiving, vinyl is your answer.

Laminate is the budget-smart option for high-traffic areas like hallways, bedrooms, and living rooms. It's made of a photographic layer that mimics wood or stone, bonded to a dense core layer, then topped with a protective wear layer. That wear layer is what gives laminate its durability—it resists scratches, stains, and fading far better than you'd expect at this price point. Laminate doesn't absorb moisture, so it cleans up quickly and easily. It also comes in endless styles and patterns.
It's ideal if you want durable, attractive flooring without breaking the bank.
Installation
Installation is where your flooring vision becomes reality. Our work rooted in traditional hardwood craftsmanship passed down through decades, but we install all flooring types. If we supply it, we install it.
Every installation begins with a personalized estimate and professional assessment of your space. We evaluate your subfloor condition, moisture levels, layout, and long-term performance needs to create a customized installation plan tailored to your home. Our team uses industry-standard techniques like correct expansion gap installation to ensure your floor moves naturally with seasonal changes. Engineered wood installation follows similar precision, with attention to moisture barriers and substrate preparation.
We handle the tricky stuff too like stairs, vents, hallways, closets, transitions between rooms. We've tackled every configuration your home can throw at us, and we take pride in getting them right.
Refinishing & Restoration
Your hardwood floors have stories to tell. Over time, they accumulate scratches, stains, and wear, but that doesn't mean their story has to end. We specialize in hardwood floor restoration and refinishing, bringing old floors back to life with the same craftsmanship and attention to detail we bring to new installations.
Our refinishing process begins with a thorough assessment of your floor's condition. We then sand the existing finish down to bare wood, typically removing 1/16 to 1/8 inch of the surface to eliminate scratches, stains, and old finish. A important thing to note is that we use dustless sanding technology that captures 95% of dust from the job-site keeping your home cleaner throughout the process. We offer both oil-based and water-based finishes, each with distinct advantages. Oil-based finishes cure slower (typically 24-48 hours between coats) but offer a warmer, more traditional look and superior durability. Water-based finishes cure faster (3-6 hours) and are more environmentally friendly, with minimal odor and excellent clarity that showcases the wood's natural grain.
We work with a wide range of stain options and precise color matching to achieve the exact look you're after. Whether you want to restore your floor to its original appearance, enhance the wood's natural tones, or create a completely new aesthetic, we'll guide you through the options.
Maintenance
Our maintenance services are customized to your specific flooring type and how your home is used. For hardwood, we offer re-coating services, which is when we apply a fresh protective layer without the fully refinishing your floors; this keeps your floors protected and refreshed every 3-5 years depending on traffic and wear. Many of our customers return to us for their hardwood maintenance because they've seen how it keeps their floors looking beautiful.
For engineered wood and other flooring types, we recommend appropriate cleaning methods and protective treatments tailored to each material's needs. Regular maintenance like professional cleaning every 6-12 months can extend your floor's lifespan by years and prevent costly repairs down the road.
We'll create a maintenance plan that fits your home and lifestyle, whether you need seasonal deep cleaning, ongoing preventative care, or spot repairs to address minor damage before it becomes major. Consistent upkeep is the difference between floors that last decades and floors that deteriorate prematurely.
